Glamour is a VR horror short film created in collaboration with After Dark Helsinki. An immersive 180° 3D experience set in a surreal beauty salon, where two influencers’ fate takes a chilling turn. The film premiered during Halloween 2021 at Korjaamo in Helsinki, with 15-minute screenings for adult audiences (K16).

After Dark Helsinki is Finland’s first immersive horror theatre designed specifically for adults. They create multi-sensory live experiences built around psychological tension, narrative immersion and atmospheric horror. Glamour marked their first step into virtual reality, expanding their signature style into spatial cinema.

I worked as director, creative producer, VR supervisor, editor, composer, VFX artist, and film title designer, taking full responsibility for the film’s overall visual design. The film was shot in 180° 3D for VR headsets to create a strange and unsettling world that fully surrounds the viewer.

The result is a focused, experimental and immersive short film that blends cinematic storytelling with spatial horror. With sold-out screenings and strong audience response, Glamour introduced After Dark Helsinki’s distinctive horror language to the world of VR.
